1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wen1wen platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. wen1wen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the wen1wen Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of wen1wen or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wen1wen Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. wen1wen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify wen1wen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. wen1wen shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wen1wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wen1wen does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. wen1wen reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within approximately 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. wen1wen reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wen1wen is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers our AML monitoring thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the wen1wen Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• wen1wen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the wen1wen Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on wen1wen's servers, the server record shall prevail.

wen1wen prohibits the use of any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and collusion. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

wen1wen is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.

Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wen1wen Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud;
• Creating accounts using false or stolen identity information;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or wen1wen staff;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wen1wen Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of wen1wen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wen1wen, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

wen1wen does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wen1wen Platform shall first be submitted to wen1wen's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
